NCFP announces the FIDE Arbiters License requirements for all Filipino chess arbiters. No worries guys, the license will only be needed if you will officiate in a FIDE-sanctioned tournament.
FIDE Arbiters Commission got this one moving after the 2011 Krakow FIDE Congress.
I wonder how the guys from CAAP are taking this.
