The Philippine's Department of Education will be celebrating the 150th birthday of our national hero, Dr. Jose Rizal by organizing a nationwide running event dubbed as "Every Runner is Finisher, Every Finisher is a Winner". The DEPED Memo No. 90, 2011 wishes to involve all concerned community stakeholders while expecting regional and division officers of the department to take the lead.
