What is the TOFIL Awards all about?
The move to institutionalize public recognition of men and women over 41 years of age, whose achievement in their field of endeavors are worthy of emulation was conceived and implemented by Junior Chamber International (JCI) Senate Philippines in 1988.
JCI Senate Philippines and Insular Life made it a point to give due recognition to these people.
Awardees went home with a TOFIL Trophy designed and executed by National Artist Napoleon Abueva.. The 27-inch trophy of irregular polygonal form symbolizes the many sidedness of human endeavor, and its gradual narrowing top represents the pinnacle of achievement.
