Tropical Storm Domeng 2010

Around 4:00 p.m. today, Tropical Storm "Domeng" was estimated based on satellite and surface data at 430 km East of Basco, Batanes (20.0°N 126.6°E) with maximum winds of 65 kph near the center and gustiness of up to 80 kph. It is forecast to move West at 19 kph.

It's up North but the rains have poured in around Metro Manila and neighboring provinces like Cavite and Laguna. I arrived home around 6:45 p.m. wet from head to toe.

Expect a low temperature! Watch out for floods, electrical power outage lighting and thunder storm overnight.
