The Luneta Open Rapid Chess Tournament 2012 is happening tomorrow at the Lapu-Lapu Plaza, Luneta Park, Manila.
Organized by the Rizal Park Chess Foundation under the auspices of National Parks Development Committee. This event is sanctioned by the National Chess Federation of the Philippines with sponsorship from Spartan Mining.
