NCFP-NAPCA will conduct again the Chess Arbiters Seminar on July 12-13, 2008 at the Seminar Room of Joyland School Inc., Sison St., San Fabian, Pangasinan. This activity is a joint project of the National Chess Federation of the Philippines (NCFP) and National Association of Philippine Chess Arbiters, Inc. (NAPCA).

This activity is a continuing project under the leadership of NCFP President Prospero "Butch" Pichay and Secretary GeneralAbraham "Bambol" Tolentino. The seminar aims to discover qualified Arbiters capable to officiate in CHESS activities nationwide.

Facilitators of this prestigious seminar are INTERNATIONAL ARBITER WILLY ABALOS, NCFP Executive & Events Director and FIDE ARBITER/INSTRUCTOR ATTY. ROMMEL TACORDA, . Registration fee is only Php 1,500.00 inclusive of food, materials, Seminar Uniform,
accommodation and other paraphernalia. Certified Arbiters will receive Certificate of Completion signed by NCFP President andSecretary- General.
