Bullying in school is a reality. This talk discusses the roles of the bully, the one bullied, and the bystanders, and how a systemic approach can help deal with bullying. The importance of establishing clear school policies and procedures to address this issue is highlighted. This requires equipping all individuals with measures to protect themselves and others from bullying.

Improving Social Skills in Children
