Nonito Donaire Jr. is the King of the Bantamweights after he sent Fernando Montiel of Mexico to the canvass in the second round match of their fight yesterday. With the win, Donaire Jr. the World Bozing Council and the World Boxing Organization Bantamweight Titles.
Checking the Wikipedia entry for the Filipino boxing champ, I learned that he is an ambidextrous fighter who switches to the southpaw for a defensive purposes and then uses the orthodox stance for attacking. Surely this is something every opponent must worried about.
