With the April 6 earthquake in Italy, most migrants are left homeless and jobless now. For sure Filipinos in Italy, either staying there legally or illegally are affected by the catastrophe that claimed 200+ lives. I do hope, amidst the confusion and difficulty of in Italy now, everyone practice the Spirit of Bayanihan among them.OWWA? DFA? And other agencies, what have we done so far?
