ChessMetrics Database by Jeff Sonas who has worked on his site for almost ten years now. Menu-friendly and easy to navigate, you'd find history of the player you wish to check on. Nice site!
Stefan Fischl's Statistics Page provides us another informative online resource.
Vladislav Nikolaevich Yushkin's Chess Statistics page is another great source for "who is" based on numbers.
C. S. Berkeley has a page for chess numbers you might want to check it out.
So far, the only Filipino-owned chess blog that features Pinoy chess statistics is ChessPhi.
