GM Wesley So beats GM Howell David of England to pull within the 3rd spot in the standings of the World Junior Chess Championship at Gaziantep, Turkey.
With the win, he is paired against IM Braun Arik of Germany who has a rating of 2533 and is currently on the second spot going into the 11th round.
One of our readers emailed me and said the winner between Gm David and GM So has a chance of taking the crown in this year's event. We'll see if our very own takes this one.
GM Wesley peaking at the right time!
