The 38th Olympiad is happening on November 12-25 at Dresden Germany. Wish I have the dough to go there. My former co-teachers from the German School Manila have always expressed their desire and willngness to host me in their country of origin which they prefer to call Deutschland. Having finished the level one of Goethe Institute's DAF or Germans for Non-German Speakers, I believe I'll get by for a week or two staying there. Although that's November, winter time and Octoberfest has passed, not much to see except of course some beautiful castles and countryside.
Anyways, what is NCFP up to about our team's preparation?
I believe the players who have shown good performances this year will have a shot at the Olympiad team. of course, there is the Qualifying tournament for the team. Seeded system is still there guys!
