Hi guys!
Last saturday, February 17, 2006, after the first day, of the 3rd Xavier Interscholastic Chess Invitational, I went straight to St. Francis Square where the Metropolitan Chess Club hold their Chess lessons. I wanted to meet Tristan Dandan, my first ever chess student and try to hang around while looking for possible pick up games.
Tristan was not there yet when I arrived and found out too that there was a tournament going on. As I scan the scene, I saw a print ad, a black and white poster, that says "Student Chess Club of Philippine School of Business Administration of Quezon City". I immediately copied the contact numbers of the organizers because I wanted to ask for a soft copy of the advertisement.
Today, I received the announcement and so I am posting it now. If you, or someone you know is interested to join their first ever tournament, here's the details:

-open to all chess players (beginners,
amateurs, unrated and rated 2000

Time control of
