As of today, 12:20 noontime, typhoon Juan has intensified into a "super typhoon" and has landed in the Province of Cagayan.
At 4:00 a.m. today, Typhoon "JUAN" was located based on satellite and surface data at 220 km East of Tuguegarao City (17.6°N 123.9°E) with maximum sustained winds of 225 kph near the center and gustiness of up to 260 kph. It is forecast to move West Southwest at 19 kph.
